Donations and Supply Needs

Monetary

Monitary donations are greatly appreciated. It takes approximately $6 to $8 dollars a day to feed one horse. That does not include any special supplements that a horse may need. If you would like to donate please contact us via email or give us a call. Donations are not tax deductible at this time but we are working on it.

Feed

We use exclusive Purina feeds and would be willing to take any donations of feed. The most critical is Equine Senior from Purina. We can also use hay that someone is willing to donate. We can store small bales of hay indoors. We would gladly accept large bales as well. We can arrange for pick up within 75 miles of the farm. Please email Scott or Lura if you have any feed items to donate.

Miscellaneous Supplies

Used tack in good condition is always accepted. Lead ropes, halters and blankets are always in need.

We also can use feed buckets, water tubs etc.

This spring (2008) we plan on expanding our pasture to accomodate more horses. We will need metal or wood fence posts. We plan on using Finish Line fence that is very safe for horse pastures. We used this material to fence our existing pasture and it is fantastic (See picture to the right). Our plans are to use the corn field in the background for additional pasture.
